This course is aimed at leaders and mentors who have some responsibility for the career development of others.
It provides an introduction to the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and how the framework has been implemented within SkillsTX.
Using this knowledge the training explores how to help review and moderate skill profiles through collaboration and discussion.
The training also covers various type of skill gaps and how to use this data to support the creation of career development actions plans.
